Slovakia women's coach Josef Resetar has named his squad for the qualifying matches ahead of the EuroBasket Women.

Slovakia will compete in the "Velka cena Slovenska" tournament in Kosice this week, with high hopes of reaching the finals.

Resetar said: "Daniela Cikosova missed out last week's friendly against Hungary because of an injury and she will be sidelined for the qualifying games.

"Lucia Laskova will also miss out on the tournament in Kosice because of conflicting duties for her club Celje."

The twelve players met in Kosice on Tuesday before the start of the tournament, where only five teams will now be taking part following the withdrawal of the Ukraine.
