Lotos Gdynia will have a very different look next season as high-scoring Agnieszka Bibrzycka has signed for EuroCup Women champions Spartak Moscow.
The polish international, a 1.84m shooting guard, averaged more than 16 points in the EuroLeague Women this season.
"She has left our club and signed with Spartak Moscow," a Lotos spokesman confirmed to PA Sport.
"Now she has flown to the USA to begin the WNBA season on Sunday."
Bibrzycka, 23, has spent the past five years with Lotos.
She poured in the points this year and was selected for the EuroLeague Women All-Star Day.
Lotos are a powerhouse in Poland but they lost in a seven-game final to Wisla Can-Pack Krakow.
They were knocked out of the EuroLeague Women play-offs in the first round by MiZo-Pécs of Hungary, losing in two games.
